Supporting the business and our divisional offices, our Head Office functions cover all departments from our Executive Board through to our support functions such as Group Design and Technical, HR, Health and Safety, IT, Sales and Marketing, Commercial, Procurement, Group Finance, Corporate Affairs, as well as Legal and Company Secretariat. We also have a specialised function – Barratt Partnerships.

Reporting to the E‑Discovery Lead, you will deliver e‑discovery searches and case management to support Legal, Data Protection and BSU demand; provide hands‑on forensic support during incidents under the guidance of the E‑Discovery Lead.
You will be expected to:
- Execute defensible legal holds, searches, collection and exports across enterprise data sources; maintain complete audit trails.
- Perform data culling, de‑duplication and relevance review; prepare productions for counsel or investigative stakeholders.
- Document all actions thoroughly; maintain case files, chain of custody forms and evidence inventories.
- Support incident investigations: initial triage, artefact collection, log preservation and basic forensic analysis.
- Collaborate with Legal, HR and business stakeholders to clarify scope, timelines and sensitivity handling.
- Operate e‑discovery and forensic tooling; contribute to tuning and workflow improvement.
- Meet service SLAs and report status/metrics to the E‑Discovery Lead; escalate risks or blockers promptly.
