Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, you will manage, produce, and analyse consolidated regional financial information for the Regional Finance Director
 
You will: 
  • Consolidate and review Regional sales statistics each Monday to brief Regional Directors on key sales trends and metrics.
  • Ensure controls and processes are maintained.
  • Consolidate regional Down Valuation data for Group.
  • Maintain Sales / Part Exchange / WIP schedules.
  • Deal with queries from Group / Division as required.
  • Assist the Regional Finance Director to provide the financial information necessary for Divisional operations.
  • Assist in the streamline of weekly processes for the efficient running of the department.
  • Assist the regional marketing team with key trends and metrics.
  • Carry out Board Stat reconciliations as required by the Group.
  • Monitor monthly regional results and forecasts against budget.
  • Interrogate data to establish reasons for changes in forecasts and variances to budget.
  • Liaise with divisional FD's to establish reasons for changes in forecast and variances to budget.
  • Provide management information for Divisional Board Meetings.
  • Assemble key financial / non-financial data for the RMD Board Report.
  • Analyse profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflows to identify problem areas.
  • Provide analysis for the marketing function.
  • Review LDLG schedule.

 
To be successful in this role we are looking for: 
  • Suitable Professional Qualification eg CIMA, ACCA, AAT or a strong QBE.
  • IT literate, with a sound analytical knowledge.
  • Strong excel skills.
  • Numerate, with good organisation and administration skills.
  • Self-disciplined, with demonstrably good time management skills and the ability to manage a number of priorities.
  • Able to multi-task, and work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Team player, supportive of departmental colleagues.
  • Strong industry experience.
