What you'll be doing?

Support the Early Careers Manager to provide excellence in the end-to-end resourcing process - from developing brand and attraction campaigns, through effective talent pipelining across , Degree Apprenticeships

Reporting to the Early Careers Manager 

You will be expected to:

  • Work with Early careers manager to deliver our Degree apprenticeship programmes ensuring students are managed through the degree and EPA
  • Develop and deliver brand and attraction interventions, ensuring best-in class recruitment communication materials, a compelling online presence ensuring high quality collateral is in place for all our apprenticeship programmes
  • Develop and deliver the most appropriate selection and testing methods available for roles, assisting with the sourcing, development or creation of specialist exercises or tests where required and the ongoing development and contribution towards selection tools across Degree Apprenticeships
  • Provide advice and guidance to coaches and mentors within Degree programme
  • Monitor and track performance and potential for Degree Apprenticeships reporting on return on Investment, succession planning and Diversity and Inclusion targets
  • Work with our partnership University to move students through the recruitment process and into onboarding and induction 
  • Engage with HR Managers and hiring managers to support prioritisation of resourcing needs on a short, medium and long-term basis. Ensuring that recruitment activity is in line with the recruitment policy and employer brand guidelines
  • Continually monitor and manage second line ATS queries to provide an efficient service to the hiring manager in resolving issues relating to degree apprenticeships
  • Manage degree apprentices into further career development such as level 7, MBAs to ensure continual development and pipeline of talent
What you'll need?

To be successful in this role, we are looking for who:

  • An experienced HR professional up to three years’ experience in recruitment and development with focus in early careers, degree apprenticeship structures
  • Relationship management at middle / senior management level, with influencing abilities
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally
  • A candidate who is self-confident, articulate, resilient and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Is Able to work on own initiative, with the drive to take ownership of projects
  • Driven, self-motivated and results driven for self and business
  • Experience of administration within a Recruitment or HR setting.
  • Excellent IT skills, including experience of using applicant tracking systems & Microsoft Office
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Driving licence essential
