What you'll be doing?

Supporting the Talent team to maintain an updated employer brand and provide excellence in the end-to-end resourcing process - from developing brand and attraction campaigns for our Graduate Programme and ensuring new talent career pathways are created and maintained. 

You will be expected to:

  • Develop and deliver brand and attraction interventions, ensuring best-in class recruitment communication materials, a compelling online presence ensuring high quality collateral is in place for our Graduate programme.
  • Develop and deliver the most appropriate selection and testing methods available for roles, assisting with the sourcing, development or creation of specialist exercises or tests where required for Early Career programmes. 
  • In partnership with provider deliver with our Graduate cohorts our University Partnership initiative ensuring that we manage the relationship with key universities, UTCs, colleges and schools, ensuring that Barratt have opportunities to present to and meet with high calibre students for our programmes
  • In partnership with providers support in the delivery of different career pathway programmes to ensure delivery against ESG commitments
  • Provide advice and guidance to coaches and mentors within the Early Careers programmes 
  • Monitor and track performance and potential for Graduates reporting on return on Investment, succession planning and Diversity and Inclusion targets
  • Continually monitor and manage second line ATS queries to provide an efficient service to the hiring manager in resolving issues relating to ASPIRE
  • Management of Graduate alumnis into further career development, IDP’s and Senior roles
  • Support the Talent team in delivery of Glassdoor Best Places to Work, employer brand and social media content
What you'll need?

To be successful in this role, we are looking for who:

  • Experienced HR professional up to three years’ experience in recruitment and development with focus in early careers, and employer branding
  • Driving licence essential
  • Relationship management at middle / senior management level, with influencing abilities
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally
  • Self-confident, articulate, resilient and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work on own initiative, with the drive to take ownership of projects
  • Driven, self-motivated and results driven for self and business
  • Experience of administration within a Recruitment or HR setting
  • Excellent IT skills, including experience of using applicant tracking systems & Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work autonomously
