As Group Finance Systems Support Supervisor you will play a leading role in ensuring the provision of high quality support and administration across financial applications in line with group policies and procedures.

You will be expected to:

  • Manage the Finance Systems Support team.
  • Manage support and training documentation for the financial applications.
  • Ensure that the Finance Systems Support team provide the required support to the finance teams across all of our financial systems.
  • Ensure finance systems controls are maintained.
  • Track and understand issues experienced by users via KPI reporting.
  • Drive improvements based on learnings from user issues including the provision of training
  • Ensure that good communication is maintained with the user base.
  • Ensure that system administrative tasks are completed.
  • Complete testing required to ensure system integrity is maintained across systems.
  • Complete system user audits.
What you'll need?

To be successful in the role, we are looking for:

  • A good understanding of finance processes and procedures
  • Part qualified or equivalent
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Prior experience in finance system administration required
  • Pro-active and able to work on own initiative
  • Analytical approach with strong attention to detail
  • Customer focused
  • Good communicator 
  • Ability to react quickly to a fast paced, rapidly changing business environment
