Supporting the business and our divisional offices, our Head Office functions cover all departments from our Executive Board through to our support functions such as Group Design and Technical, HR, Health and Safety, IT, Sales and Marketing, Commercial, Procurement, Group Finance, Corporate Affairs, as well as Legal and Company Secretariat. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Group Treasury Team as a Treasury Analyst supporting a range of stakeholders. As a Group Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible, along with the current Treasury Analyst, Group Treasurer and Group Treasury Manager for daily cash management and provide general support for all treasury and banking matters across the Group.
You will:
- Be jointly responsible for daily cash management across the Group including managing payments and banking queries.
- Subscribe and redeem deposit funds and providing loan utilisation requests on a timely basis.
- Maintain and report monthly the central record of Legal Charges entered into by the Group. Proactively managing the database of charges with divisions and legal team to comply with covenant requirement and monitoring current and future headroom.
- Maintain and report monthly the central record of Performance Bonds and assist the technical teams to facilitate the cancellation and reduction of historic bonds to maximise available headroom and reduce costs. Preparation of monthly report.
- Prepare weekly counterparty risk report, which monitors the creditworthiness of the Groups banking partners.
- Support the Group Treasurer and Group Treasury Manager with ad hoc Treasury projects
- Provide ad hoc and admin support to a small treasury team.
